'Canary Girls' The Forgotten Heroines of Two World Wars

Become an Ambassador

The Canary Girls Memorial project are looking for people who would be willing to become ambassadors.

​

As an ambassador you will be helping to raise awareness and funds for the project.

​

You may have had relatives who were munitions workers or be passionate about getting the Canary Girls the recognition they deserve.

​

You could be giving presentations* to groups such as History Societies, Rotary Clubs or WI's  in their local areas. Or you could be running a bake sale in your area.

​

*You will be provided with a ready made presentation and script.

  Presentation packs, advice and training can be offered to any would be ambassadors.

  Anyone undertaking to give presentation on behalf of the Canary Girls must do so on a purely voluntary basis.
